Shipping Information

We cooperate with Pathao, a trusted local courier service available nationwide in Bangladesh.
A flat delivery fee of 60 Taka applies to all orders anywhere in Bangladesh.
For in-stock products: Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours and delivered to you in 1–3 working days.
For newly imported items from other countries: Due to international shipping and customs procedures, delivery takes 15 to 20 days.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day free return service.
If you wish to return any item, please get in touch with us within 14 days after receiving your package.
You can reach us by our official email or contact phone number.
When submitting a return request, you must provide your order number, photos of the outer package, and clear pictures of the products inside the parcel.
Once we receive all the required materials, we will send you full step-by-step return instructions, including our designated return address.
