Welcome to SimpleBazar. By accessing and shopping on our website https://simplebazar.store, you fully agree to abide by the following terms of service. Please read all terms carefully before placing any orders. If you do not accept these terms, you are not allowed to use our website and services.

1. Account & User Responsibilities

1. All users must provide real, accurate personal information including full name, local Bangladeshi delivery address and active phone number when placing orders. False information will lead to order cancellation.

2. You are responsible for keeping your personal contact information up to date to receive delivery notifications and after-sales messages.

3. Users shall not use our website for illegal activities, fraud, malicious false returns or any behavior that disrupts normal store operation. We reserve the right to block any problematic user permanently.

2. Order & Payment Rules

1. We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) as our main payment method for all customers across Bangladesh. No prepayment is required for standard orders.

2. A flat fixed shipping fee of 60 Taka will be charged on every single order, no matter which region in Bangladesh you live in.

3. After you place an order, the contract between you and SimpleBazar takes effect. We reserve the right to cancel orders caused by out-of-stock items, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent behavior, and we will notify you in advance.

4. All displayed product prices are final and quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices may be adjusted without prior notice during promotion or restocking periods.

3. Shipping Terms

1. We cooperate exclusively with Pathan Courier to deliver packages all over Bangladesh.

2. In-stock goods will be dispatched within 24 hours after order confirmation and arrive within 1–3 working days.

3. Imported new items from overseas require customs clearance, with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 working days.

4. Buyers must be available to receive parcels at the provided delivery address during courier delivery hours. Failed delivery due to absent recipients may incur extra redelivery charges.

4. 14-Day Return Policy Terms

1. We support 14-day free returns starting from the day you receive your package.

2. To apply for a return, you must contact us via our official email or phone within the 14-day window, and provide your order number, clear photos of the outer package and photos of the original products.

3. Items for return must be unused, undamaged, complete with original packaging, and suitable for resale. Damaged, worn or incomplete goods will not be accepted for return.

4. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the item we delivered is defective, wrong or damaged during transit.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, pictures, logos, layout and product content on SimpleBazar are protected by copyright. No one may copy, reproduce or use our materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Product Description Disclaimer

We strive to make product pictures and descriptions as accurate as possible. Minor color differences caused by mobile phone screens and light shooting environments are not regarded as defective products.

7. Limitation of Liability

SimpleBazar shall not be liable for indirect losses including income loss caused by improper use of purchased goods. Our total compensation for any valid claim will not exceed the original order amount you paid.

8. Modification of Terms of Service

We can revise these terms of service at any time without individual notice. Updated terms will be published on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes means you accept the latest terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the commercial laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved under local Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
